• The Council is comprised of 40 CIOs from all parts of retail.

• Council formally meets three times annually.

• Council members include CIOs from: Best Buy, Circuit City, JC Penney, Pier 1, Men’s Wearhouse, Sears, RadioShack, Mark’s Work Wearhouse & International Retailer
