Reebok had recently completed several RFP documents. Each document required significant time, effort and expense.
How many other companies were producing similar documents at the same time?
Were our RFPs complete? Had we overlooked functionality that others may have documented?
Developing RFP standards based on collaboration with others could:
- Reduce RFP development time and cost
- Minimize overlooking functionality which may not have been apparent
- Improve the selection process
