The Data Model and its related products - the Member Data Dictionary and the Data Warehouse Model - are available to ARTS members only. The ARTS Retail Data Model offers two distinct perspectives across the retail business. These are the Enterprise Context, which offers insight into the retail enterprise via three levels within the retail operation (home office, distribution and store levels), and Subject Area Composition, which gives an insight into the retail enterprise via the subject areas which cut across all three levels of retail operation. The ARTS Retail Data Model currently supports ten of eleven retail business areas. These areas include:

ARTS is excited to announce the forthcoming release of version 6.0 of the model and the complete make over of the Data Dictionary, which offers access to ARTS standards, including the Data Model and Schemas, in a fully searchable format. We are very proud of the excellent work done by our volunteer Data Model committee, whose members include: adidas, AfterBot, Alpha Bay, El Corte Inglés, Epicor, GK Software, InfoAdvisors, QuantiSense, Retail Anywhere, Shell, Versátil and Vertex.
